1041 Thomas Pott

Thomas Pott, son of Gideon, member 1807, and Margaret Saidler, his wife, was born in 1814. He became a clerk with Aymar & Co. for some time and went out to St. Thomas in the West Indies, where he married July 15, 1844, Julia M. F. Heartt, of Troy, New York. He became a member of the firm of I. F. Penniston & Co. and in 1862 returned to New York. He died in Brooklyn April 4, 1877.3
