Child (born 6 June 1868 in Oneida, Knox County, Illinois, the daughter of Aaron P. Child and Emily L. Babcock;4, 5, 6 Kate died 10 November 1937 in Colorado Springs, El Paso County, Colorado1, 3). Lawrence and Kate are buried in Graceland Cemetery, Creston, Union County, Iowa.1

Mrs. Kate Kiplinger was among the members of the Young People’s Society of Christian Endeavor listed in Century Chest Transcription 41, which was dated 4 August 1901. It is part of the contents of the Century Chest which was opened 31 December 2001.7
