First Generation
1. Archie Dorr Wolcott,1 born 15 March 1875 in Streetsboro, Portage County, Ohio, the son of Newel Wolcott and Helen Mar Gustin;1 died 24 October 1954 in Auburndale, Polk County, Florida.1 Archie married, 2 October 1917 in Ravenna, Portage County, Ohio, Perla May Vair1 (born ____, parents not determined).

Archie went to Florida in December 1906. Prior to going to Florida, he worked for Ravenna See house and Nursery, and before that for Uncle Charles Gustin, who had a nursery in Adrian, Michigan. Archie’s wife, Perla, now [in the 1950s] living in Auburndale, Florida, has been very helpful in supplying what information of the Gustin family she had. They had no children.1

Several differences in dates have been found between this document and others, especially A Genealogy of the Leavenworth Family; the latter is considered the more accurate source.
