LATIMORE CONFINED IN NAPANOCH INSTITUTION

Undersheriff Tunis Haulenbeck and Deputy Sheriff Anderson Ellsworth took Jason Latimore Wednesday afternoon to the Institution for Mental Defectives at Napanoch from the Ulster county jail. Latimore was indicted for criminal assault on a young woman at Leibhardt and on his plea of guilty several days ago was committed to the Reformatory, he not being mentally strong.

Based on the date and place of his death, it seems likely that he died while incarcerated.
