Several differences in dates have been found between this document and others, especially A Genealogy of the Leavenworth Family; the latter is considered the more accurate source. The Gazlay History includes this entry in notes on pages 26 and 27 written by Ruth Tuttle regarding her grandfather Miles Gazlay and his descendants.
