Oscar Winship Heartt, second son of the late Philip Heartt, died in the home of his sister, Mrs. John Scott Jarvie, at 176 Linden Avenue, Glen Ridge, N.J., yesterday, in the forty-third year of his age. For twelve years he was connected with the Manhattan Savings Institution, at Bleecker Street and Broadway, and was Secretary of the institution at the time of his death.
