Their marriage ended in divorce in ca. 1912 in San Francisco, San Francisco County, California.12 Marguerite married, second, Daniel L. Roberts3 (born ca. 1877 in Indiana, parents not determined3, 4). Marguerite is buried in Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park, Hayward, Alameda County, California.7

Charles was born in Texas and lived there at least until 1896, when he was the vice president of the Austin Pharmaceutical Association.13

By at least 1910 he was living in California, selling wireless stock there. He lived most of the rest of his life in California, although he was living in Michigan at the time of his third marriage.14
