Betsey married, second, 5 April 1821, Henry Spencer1, 2 (born 3 July 1774 in Beekman, Dutchess County, New York, the son of Benjamin Spencer and Mary Sweet;1, 2, 4 Henry died 13 August 1853 in Glens Falls, Warren County, New York1, 2).

Henry Spencer came to Glens Falls by 1800 and was an innkeeper and holder of public office. He was the first sheriff of Warren County, New York.1
