Frank married, second, 24 May 1975 in Nappanee, Elkhart County, Indiana, Dorothy Lucille MacDonald (née Young) 4 (born 14 November 1930, parents not determined6).

Frank worked at Sutton Tool Company in Sturgis for 27 years, retiring in 1984 as processing engineer. He was a member of Holy Angels Catholic Church and was active in other community organizations. Frank enjoyed several leisure activities, including boating, fishing, and woodworking.4
