Eilene married, second, 3 October 1943 in Janesville, Bremer County, Iowa, Leonard N. Simpson1, 5 (born 10 June 1905 in Black Hawk County, Iowa, the son of Robert N. Simpson and Grace Sickles;5 Leonard died September 1969 in Janesville, Bremer County, Iowa5). Eilene is buried in Oakland Cemetery, Janesville, Bremer County, Iowa.1 Maurice is buried in Littleton Cemtery, Littleton, Buchanan County, Iowa.4 Leonard is buried in Oakland Cemetery, Janesville, Bremer County, Iowa.5 Eilene was adopted by Joseph Weir Bennett and Edna Edith Sutter.
