Esther married, second, 28 August 1858, John Severence5 (born ca. 1792 in Massachusetts, parents not determined;2 John died 15 June 1869 in Truxton, Courtland County, New York5).

+2i. Emma Ambrosia Whitmarsh, born 15 September 1840 in Cuyler, Cortland County, New York; died 8 September 1868 in Ypsilanti, Washtenaw County, Michigan. Married Luzerne Mallory.
