2. Lillian May Van Osdale2 (George1), born 26 August 1873 in Akron, Summit County, Ohio;1, 2 died 1960.3 Lillian married Vernie W. Burge2 (born 1874, parents not determined;3 Vernie died 19333). Lillian and Vernie are buried in Brighton Township Cemetery, Brighton, Lorain County, Ohio.3

Lillie was allegedly placed in an orphanage after her mother died in 1875. She is listed as seven year old Lillie A. Kelsey in the 1880 census, living with Zenas H. Kelsey and his wife Mary A. Kelsey. In several later records she is listed as Lillie Kelsey.1, 2
