Howard is buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Naspeth, Queens County, New York.5

The names of the spouses of several female relatives are included, which aids in extending their lines of descent. The notices indicates he was laid to rest in Mount Olive cemetery, believed to actually be Mount Olivet cemetery in Queens County, New York.
