1. Helen C. Funk,1 born ca. 1903 (parents not determined).1 Helen married, 22 April 1922 in Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York, Lloyd E. Depew9 (born 1903 in New York, the son of Merritt G. Depew and Charlotte ‘Lottie’ Christiana;1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Lloyd died 30 July 1927 in Poughkeepsie, Dutchess County, New York2, 8). Lloyd is buried in High Falls Cemetery, High Falls, Ulster County, New York.2

Lloyd was ill for over a year and a half from a hemorrhage, as reported in a May 1927 newspaper article. Of note in that article is that “The climax of his trouble came when his wife vanished, leaving their two small children in the care of Depew’s mother.”10

He died two months later.8
