Their marriage ended in divorce in 1991 in New London, New London County, Connecticut.2 Frank is buried in St. Mary Cemetery, New London, New London County, Connecticut.1

Frank worked at the Harkness estate in Waterford when he was young. He served for over 30 years as a police officer in the New London Police Department, and he retired in 1980 as a corporal. Frank was the owner of the former Frankies Italian Restaurant in New London.1
