Biography

Charles was born in Texas and lived there at least until 1896, when he was the vice president of the Austin Pharmaceutical Association.9

By at least 1910 he was living in California, selling wireless stock there. He lived most of the rest of his life in California, although he was living in Michigan at the time of his third marriage.10
