Theodore is buried in Bay Pines National Cemetery, North Bay Pines, Pinellas County, Florida.

Theodore worked as a sheet metal mechanic. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of American Legion Post 273 and the Holiday Isles Elks Club. Theodore volunteered at Bay Pines VA Medical Center.3
